After decades of operating assistant life communities in the greater Philadelphia area, William became the Owner & President of McCallum Assisted Living and Paradise Manor.

William actively oversees all management and the day-to-day operations of our assisted living community in Philadelphia, PA. Our team strives to ensure the highest quality assisted living care for your family members while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We care deeply about your loved ones and are regularly implementing new approaches or services to enhance resident independence and satisfaction.

Our facility is designed to provide a comfortable and secure home for our residents. We offer private and semi-private rooms that are tastefully furnished, with ample natural light and decor to create a cozy and familiar atmosphere. Our common areas are spacious and inviting, with cozy sitting areas, beautiful gardens, and tranquil outdoor spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.

Medical supervision and wellness programs include doctor visits, assistance with appointments medication monitoring & administration, and diabetic and incontinence management if needed. We develop individualized physical, social, and spiritual plans for each resident.
